Through the Week

• EE Ch. 6 & 7  (by Wednesday is best)
• RW Rules 56-59
• ML Ch.2

For Monday

• Reading 2 (Camaraderie over comptence) -- Read and do questions on the weekend as we will discuss it Monday
• Market Leader Ch.1 Quiz   (vocabulary; content re presentations; e-mail format)
• Your next group business report (due Friday) will be assigned
• We will begin to look at counterarguments using transportation as a theme
• Listening practice quiz feedback and discussion
• In computer lab you will have a small writing task

Tuesday

•  4 teams complete your 2 sentence error correction for today as we will check them
• We will continue with writing counterarguments (CAR)
• We will begin ML Ch. 2
• Homework -- Sweatshops reading

Wednesday

•  POC - Persuasion in Academic Writing quiz (from handout given last week
• Sweatshops discussion
• Continue with ML Ch.2 

Thursday 

• Finish ML Ch. 2
• Blog task due -- joint summary 
• Discuss SS Source #2
• Review EE Ch. 1 & Ch. 3
• Finish ML Ch.2

Friday

• Group business report due  ---  changed to Monday due
• Group CAR task to be handed in
• CAR (counterargument) quiz    
• Whole class discussion 
• 1 hour class time provided for group business report
